In your journey toward motherhood, I am here to guide you through a smooth and empowered pregnancy. Using prenatal movement, nervous system regulation and push prep coaching, we tailor tools and techniques specific to your body’s needs, preparing you for labor.

Each pregnancy is unique, and birth is unpredictable. The RiiVIVE Method provides tools you can bring into your labor, training your nervous system to ride the waves of the experience with calm, confidence and embodied way.

Pelvic Floor Preparation for Labor & Recovery
Your connection within your pelvic floor and breath are key to an empowered birth and recovery. Through somatic coaching and movement and targeted pelvic floor exercises, we prepare your body for the physical demands of labor. The RiiVIVE Method also ensures your pelvic floor is restored and resilient for the postpartum recovery phase.

As a mother of three, I’ve experienced three very different, yet deeply empowering births. I will walk beside you, preparing your body and mind for your birth into motherhood—so you’re ready for the transformative journey ahead.

Your Journey into Motherhood

The journey doesn’t end at birth. In the postpartum period, we continue to support your healing and transition into motherhood.

I offer a holistic approach to postpartum recovery, focusing on rebuilding strength, restoring movement, and supporting your emotional and physical well-being. The RiiVIVE Method helps you reconnect with your body as you navigate the changes that come with motherhood.

Whether you’re recovering from birth trauma, diastasis recti, or the emotional challenges of new motherhood, I will support you through a tailored approach that respects your unique experience. We work with your pelvic floor and core restoration, guiding your body back to balance in a sustainable and empowering way.

You will leave each session with tools and insights that you can integrate into your daily life, helping you reclaim your body and your strength after birth.
